Observe Breathing. Observe Audible Breath. Observe Breath-to-Sound.

Action notes: Here, the action of breathing, tuning in to the sound of breath, and allowing that sounding to amplify, had the effect of grounding me deeply in my body as a resonating chamber. This is different than other listening actions that have centred my body acoustically within a world of sound. These kinds of actions tend to leave me feeling like a vibrating chamber localized within a vast soundscape. Today’s action did the opposite. It grounded me deeper and deeper inside my body as a dense site of vibrations and resonances. I could almost (could I?) feel my fingers and toes resonating as I moved breath-to-sound.
Action constraints: None really. My body is feeling better, and, in fact, the sounding felt really good in my belly. Like an internal massage of sorts.
